Our Therapeutic Approach

Our therapists use evidence-informed approaches tailored to your needs, including:

  • Interpersonal Neurobiology or the study of how the mind, brain, and relationships shape human development and mental health

  • Nervous System Education and techniques. (Polyvagal Theory)

  • Trauma-Informed Somatic Therapy or holistic, "bottom-up" approach to healing that recognizes how trauma and stress impact the body, and using the body as a resource for healing. Listening to exploring this through movement, yoga, meditation and other mindfulness practices. Trauma-informed means that the therapy is tailored to the individual’s unique needs

Sessions are offered throughout the week, including weekends, making therapy accessible and flexible for busy schedules.

  • Rates: $175/ session (select sliding scale applications available

  • Insurance accepted: BCBS PPO & Choice, Aetna, United Health Care - I offer documentation so you can submit if your are out-of-network

  • State licensure: Illinois, Michigan, (soon to be, Florida)
